About Using the EMail Widget

The ACTEC - EmMail web application consists of 4 sections:

  1. Select email template and upload. Screen template can include {} tokens to be replaced with values from the current record.
  2. Select xlsx datasource and upload.
  3. Select email field from excel file, enter 'From' email address and enter email subject line (subject line can include {} tokens that will be replaced with record values)
  4. Add Attachment file and upload if needed.
  5. Send Mail.
